Sample Designs Policy

The team at Rick’s Flowers welcomes the opportunity to design samples of wedding florals for you. 

Samples may include bouquet, centerpieces and boutonnieres or any design you are contemplating using for your special day. 

Our Policy for Sample Designs: 

1. All flowers come in bunches with 10-25 stems in each. Most wedding bouquets/centerpieces contain between 10-30 different types of flowers and foliage. We require you to pay for all the bunches of flowers needed for the design and at the end of the meeting all designs and remaining loose flowers are yours to take home. 
2. You will receive 1 hour of design time at no charge. A $75 charge per hour will be applied if the design time runs longer than 1 hour. 
3. We require two weeks notice to order all flowers needed for the samples. 
4. Payment in full is required for all flowers ordered at the time of the sample booking. 
5. To help ease the cost of sample bookings, we may be able to pull from extra flowers we might have from weddings we have booked. We will be glad to see what is coming in and plan accordingly.
